How to access shared calendar

Step One:

Step one click on Folder list

Step Two:

Scroll down and look for public folder with your email address. expand it.

 

Step Three:

Look for the Calendar you need. Please do not try to add any other calendar as you do not have permission access them.

Step Four:

Right click on the calendar you need then add it to favorites.

Step Five:

Click on Calendar again and look for folder named Other Calendar. Expand that Other Calendar folder you will see your shared calendar.

Now you can see your calendar and shared calendar.
