Barracuda Spam Firewall Filter

Some of you are already familiar with the end of day email report from Barracuda. On this report we can see a list of all the emails that have been placed in quarantine for that that day and that haven’t been delivered to your inbox. If the email was blocked it will not show up in this report and the sender will get a notification from barracuda of the incident.  

                From this report the user can safely view the email, instruct Barracuda to deliver the email to the user inbox by clicking deliver. If the user is sure that the message is from an expected email address or domain by clicking whitelist, Barracuda will add the address to a safe list and any email from that sender will start going to the user mailbox.
